GET TO KNOW US
The Story of Lucid Breath
We discovered the transformative potential of breathing almost by chance, at a personal-development seminar some years ago. Since then, breathwork has been part of our personal lives. At some point it became so important to us that we knew we wanted to share it in our own way. We drew inspiration from Holotropic Breathwork, while adapting the format and giving more weight to music selections designed specifically for each session. We brought together what we had learned over the years, combining our skills, theoretical knowledge, and professional experience. Our knowledge of the human body, our experience working with people going through psychological difficulties, and our interest in psychodynamic thinking and humanistic approaches — all of this is part of what we chose to call Lucid Breath. By analogy with lucid dreaming, Lucid Breath refers to a conscious exploration of one's own inner world — allowing for clearer, more conscious contact with oneself, and a better understanding of oneself.
